Mr. Khurram Hanif Kalia is a dedicated and dynamic IT professional and an active member of Kalia Group. With several years of professional experience, he has been part of many official delegations representing the IT industry in and outside Pakistan to various countries and forums and is a firm believer in the promotion of IT in Pakistan.

Akhter Zaib
General Manager – Gulf

Mr. Akhter Zaib, a dynamic information technology professional is heading Gulf region of KalSoft as General Manager. Akhter has tremendous business & strategy development skills which are an instrumental asset for KalSoft. His personality includes analytical ability, team building and organization attitude, reasoning based approach and constant eager to learn and apply.

Akhter is the founding member of KalSoft in Oman and has represented the Organization at different forums with Microsoft throughout Middle East, Europe and US. His astute approach in IT business has been acknowledged at international level by Microsoft and awarded Best Partner of the Year for 2010 where Akhter represented KalSoft in WPC 2010 in United States.

Akhter’s formal education includes a Masters in Software Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Computer System Engineering. He has received multiple IT and Executive trainings from different organizations including Microsoft.

Kashif Shabbir
General Manager – Pakistan

Mr. Kashif Shabbir, General Manager - Pakistan, has been associated with KalSoft since 2001. Kashif did his Bachelors in Computer Science from FAST NU and Masters in Business Administration from Hamdard University. He carries with him more than 10 years of experience in Business & Strategic Development, with key discipline of Project Management. Being part of KalSoft, Kashif has led Project Management Office (PMO) for more than 3 years.

Kashif is heading Pakistan operations and is taking strategic initiatives for the enablement of Enterprise and SMB clients to ensure they get eminence services while implementing innovative technology stack at their premises. Kashif has got remarkable business development skills and has got ample knowledge of industry verticals. Being part of Project Management team - he has led colossal project executions in a successful fashion in the past. Kashif is also responsible for delivering technology solutions to Africa region. He along with his team is working very actively in Africa region conquering telecommunication giants.
