"Project Management Training" Conducted by KalSoft

Kalsoft celebrated the successful completion of the “Project Management Training” organized for internal employees to impart proper application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. The extensive training session was based on a comprehensive process that presented the different stages of Project Management.

This training provided thorough knowledge about effective and efficient management of projects and operations and provided guidelines for standardization of project management procedure as per international principles.

A certificate distribution ceremony was arranged for the successful completion of the “Project Management Training” course on Thursday, April 12th 2007 at Kalsoft Academy, Karachi. The Honorable Advisor to Chief Minister of IT, Mr. Noman Sehgal, inaugurated the ceremony. A.G. Saeed, a well reputed Scholar was present at the ceremony, along with Senior Management including Mr. Khurram Hanif Kalia (CEO and President), Mr. Faisal Qayum Siddiqui (SVP Business Development and Strategies), Dr. Mashhood Qazi (SVP Services) and Mr. Asadullah Chaudhry (Technology Consultant and Trainer). Mr. Fahad Khan, (Manager Business Development) organized the training session.

Mr. Noman Saigal, IT Advisor to the Chief Minister Sindh, mentioned the importance of education while speaking to the attendees, and stated that the nations who have progressed tremendously, gave top most priority to education & research backed by untiring struggle on individual as well as national level. He also mentioned that “In present era, Information Technology (IT) has done value addition to education and without getting familiar with IT, no progress is possible and for the promotion of this highly imperative subject all over Pakistan, the contribution of services by KalSoft Pvt. Limited is of utmost worth".

Mr. A.G. Saeed while giving a tribute to Kalsoft and Kalia group commended Mr. Hanif Kalia on the promotion of IT education in Pakistan. He held Kalia Group and Kalsoft in high esteem for their dedication towards social welfare activities and for the endorsement of IT in the country.

Mr. Khurram Kalia, Mr. Faisal Qayum Siddiqui, and Mr. Mashhood Qazi, were among the other notable speakers, who emphasized on the importance of Information Technology (IT) for the economic stability of the country and Kalia group’s contribution towards achieving this goal.

Mr. Faisal Qayum shed light on “Professional Competence Program” and “Project Management Training”, launched by Kalsoft Pvt. Limited. He emphasized about Professional Competence Program, and how it is designed to fulfill Kalia Group’s vision. He also emphasized on the need of quality Project Managers in the market and the initiative taken by Kalsoft to provide state-of-the-art trainings in this regard.
