ITA, Oman
Information Technology Authority (ITA),
Oman
engaged KalSoft’s services for a
solution to manage their projects in a
systematic and structured manner. ITA is
responsible for implementing national IT
infrastructure projects and supervising
e-Governance initiatives.
ITA Oman was facing issues in the
management of various projects they
handled like monitoring, scheduling and
performance measurement. Consultants at KalSoft proposed a solution with
Enterprise Project Management 2007 to
implement a centralized project
management system. Multiple workflows have been
defined for the appropriate governance
controls throughout the life cycle. As a
result of this deployment, enhanced
monitoring of business and IT
initiatives is facilitated within the
enterprise repository with improved
visibility, insight, and control.
