KalSoft, AOS awarded with Islamabad Police Automation Contract
August 1, 2006-Embarking on the IT excellence, Islamabad Police has taken the initiative to enhance their competitiveness and improve their viability.
KalSoft in collaboration with AOS (Accountancy Outsourcing Services), a software house, proffered for the tender. The collaboration was backed by Microsoft Pakistan which acted as a main channel of association. Capitalizing on the technical expertise and vast amount of experience, AOS and Microsoft gave the lead to KalSoft for software development and IT services at Electronic Government Directorate of Pakistan which led to the contract signing between the two parties on August 1, 2006.
Under this contract, KalSoft and AOS are offering state-of-the-art solutions for Criminal Record System, Traffic Police System, HR and Payroll, Accounts, Financials, GL and Budgeting Solutions. In addition to this, a comprehensive portal will be developed with the cutting edge Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Content Management Server and Microsoft Share Point Portal Server.
The contract is yet another remarkable achievement for KalSoft which gives it an ideal opportunity to serve the public sector which will open new avenues and prospects in the public sector.
