Solutions Provider and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, has successfully delivered state-of-the-art applications for International Driving Permit (IDP) and Domicile Issuance, enhancing the effectiveness and rationalizing the processes at Chief and Deputy Commissioners’ Office (CDCO). As part of the mega contract, awarded to KalSoft, CDCO aims to adopt a robust, secure and forward looking solution based on industry’s best practices, under the Electronic Government Directorate (EGD) umbrella.
KalSoft has once again carved a niche in the provision of quality services aimed at establishing a solid e-government structure. The automation of IDP and Domicile Issuance has geared timely processing of documents and provided seamless computerization of existing processes. Applicants are now able to obtain their driving licenses and domiciles through one window operation. The automation of the critical processes has remarkably reduced processing time and inefficiencies while facilitating more informed citizen responses.
