KalSoft (Pvt) Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hi Performance Systems (Pty) Ltd. on the 19th of October 2004. The agreement was signed by Mr. Iqbal Abdulla, Managing Director at Hi Performance Systems (Pty) Ltd. and Mr. Khurram Kalia, Chief Technology Officer, KalSoft (Pvt) Ltd.

KalSoft is a solution provider with the focus on understanding the client’s needs and fulfilling them with the “best fit” solution by utilizing state of the art technology and innovations based on the industry’s best practices. KalSoft enjoys a distinctive position in the IT market due to its high quality of work and a large and ever growing list of satisfied and prestigious clients locally and internationally. HPS operates in a similar capacity in the region of Botswana and the MOU will lead to establish a perfect synergy to cater the huge untapped market of Botswana and South Africa. The MoU will align the activities of both the firm in a manner that HPS will be concentrating on marketing aspects and KalSoft being the technology hub will act as a pure software developer and IT consultant.

The MoU represents both companies unbiased quest towards achieving technological perfection in providing their customers with a diversity of development options which they have come to expect from a continually growing and expanding expertise set.

Hi Performance Systems and KalSoft, through this mutual understanding, will explore newer opportunities where the combined skill sets of both can be used to their utmost potential and at competitive rates.
