KalSoft (Pvt) Ltd. signed Memorandum of Understanding with MV International Pte Ltd. Singapore

KalSoft (Pvt) Ltd. has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MV International Pte Ltd, Singapore.

This agreement will open the door for KalSoft products in South East Asian Markets, providing a boost for the IT sector of Pakistan. This agreement highlights overseas investor confidence in KalSoft as a high end technology solution provider.

The materialization of this deal is significant as KalSoft Pvt Ltd true to its image of being a market leader will join the select few in the region who are offering their services to this productive market.

Through this understanding, MV International will cooperate with KalSoft Pvt Ltd to undertake ventures and projects for the purpose of designing, developing and co-marketing of the IT business for mutual benefit.

Based on the MoU, MV International will outsource its software development operations to KalSoft Pvt Ltd hence achieving a reduction in overall development costs in an extremely cost competitive market.
