KalSoft (Pvt) Ltd. and Ultimus Inc. signed an agreement on 15th February 2005. The agreement was signed by Mr. Arshad Hameed, Country Manager South Asia at Ultimus Inc. and Mr. Ali Yasir Junejo, Business Development Manager KalSoft Consulting Services and KalSoft Learning Solutions.
