Microsoft awards CEO of Kalsoft

Karachi June 28th: Khurram Kalia, CEO for Kalsoft, was awarded for his individual performance as a part of the Microsoft 'Circle of Excellence Award' at this year's Microsoft Summit held in Swat June 27th 2005. This award was presented to him in recognition for his outstanding performance, leading the company with clear vision and judgment that has been the essence of Kalsoft's success, holding a position in the industry that other ISVs have strived for. Kalsoft was one of the few Microsoft partners invited to attend the Microsoft summit. The chief executives of each of the companies were brought together to discuss last year's performance and future strategies and business development for the coming year. The event was a great opportunity for organizations' leaders to meet and interact with their peers of the industry. This year's summit also saw the launch of the 'Circle of Excellence Award' aimed to recognize top performers among Microsoft's valued partners for the Fiscal Year 2005. KalSoft received the award for the ISV category.

Mr. Khurram H. Kalia is a dedicated young professional and energetic member of the Kalia Group. He graduated from FAST National University of Computers & Emerging Sciences in 1999, achieving the highest possible grades in the BCS examinations and was awarded multiple Gold Medals for his flying color achievements. Here it is also worth noting that FAST NUCES is the top Computer Science University of Pakistan. He was also awarded the "Genius of the Year 2000" award for his outstanding performance in the field of Information Technology by The Karachi Club - one of the most prestigious and elite clubs of Pakistan.
