KalSoft implementation strengthens Oman’s Ministry of Oil and Gas operations

The Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) is one of the major ministries of Oman which monitors the natural energy reserves with special focus on the Oil resources. Understanding the ministries imperative operations, KalSoft will provide the ministry a comprehensively planned AD Health Check, IT infrastructure that efficiently utilizes the benefits of Windows 2003 and Microsoft Exchange 2007 infrastructure that will streamline IT operations and supports future expansions. The aim of this implementation will be to optimize the existing infrastructure and secure it with ISA 2006 and Microsoft Forefront for Exchange to make the deployment of Exchange 2007 useful.

KalSoft won the project after pitching in the most convenient solution offering with the potential to cater to the needs of MOG. Once the project is complete the ministry will enjoy an efficient Email Solution, Secure application publishing, Microsoft Security Design Lifecycle and Powerful web access. All these benefits will give MOG a major boost in operational performance, offering to strengthen Oman’s economy further.
