Encouraging Exceptional Performance through Tech Elite 2008

KalSoft has always encouraged new talent, brought innovation to ideas and supported technical geniuses to perform at their max. We believe that our youth has great potential and we aggressively seek new grounds to support them. For this purpose, KalSoft joined hands with NED University to encourage students’ participation in Tech Elite exhibition held on May 3, 2008. The event was themed to encourage IT students and give them a better platform to showcase their ideas and projects.

Students from all over Pakistan, presented their projects and software solutions, with the goal to participate in a variety of competitions. Within Tech Elite 2008 four different categories of competitions were held namely: Speed Programming, Network Security, Software Development and Hardware Project. KalSoft proudly sponsors All-Pakistan Software Competition, which was among the most popular contest.

The exhibition was a success with hundreds of students actively participating in the different parts of the exhibition and competition. Students took great interest in KalSoft Academy professional development programs, which address the needs of IT professionals at any stage of their career. KalSoft’s PinnaKal initiative captured interest as well.

Faisal Qayum (SVP Business Development and Strategies KalSoft) , Raheem Lalani (VP Trg Tech), Shahzaib Akhtar (CTO, Wavetec) participated in the award ceremony. KalSoft received excellent response from the students as well as the industry.
