Client Overview
The ERRA was formed to plan, coordinate, monitor and regulate reconstruction & rehabilitation activities in earthquake affected areas, encouraging self reliance via private public partnership and community participation, ensuring financial transparencies.
Problems Faced
ERRA being a large organization found it difficult to upload data and share contents with the employees thus creating a weak communication base. Along with this, data was collected manually resulted in slow, inconsistent and inefficient work process. Moreover there was lack of collaboration of data and other information among the resources.
Implemented Solution
KalSoft installed and configured Microsoft Windows 2003 and Microsoft Share Point Portal Server 2.0 on the first Server Machine while installed and configured Microsoft Windows 2003 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on second Server Machine. In addition to this, Microsoft SPS (2003) with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 & Microsoft Exchange Server were installed to define users, roles and securities to carry out necessary tasks.
