Problems Faced
There was a dire need for a heterogeneous system; multiple users needed access to multiple reports, there was a lack of a Central Repository and a solution was required by the Project Managers to access project documents from Internet. Sorouh required improving its organizational effectiveness through a unified suite of enterprise-scale applications that could satisfy all these diverse corporate needs like managing content and business processes, simplify sharing of information across the organization, and to streamline the collaboration mechanism among their various departments to ensure smooth transition and enhanced decision making.

Propose of this project also entailed out of the box workflows, document management, business intelligence features and archival to serve Sorouh business needs of a paper less environment.

Implemented Solution
The proposed solution of MOSS 2007 by KalSoft experts provided a business solution that integrated information from various systems into one solution through single sign-on and enterprise application integration capabilities, with flexible deployment options and management tools.
