Problem Faced

TRA was in need of a proper project management solution that can cater their Project Management department needs. For that matter - TRA wanted to roll-out a full end-to-end Project Management Solution which can be utilized to co-ordinate effective and timely delivery of projects conducted in TRA with focus on business objectives and strategic goals. TRA wanted to create an environment where PMI specific methodologies are followed throughout the project to achieve consistency, effectiveness, accuracy and most importantly quality throughout the project deliverables.
